CV Screen is recruiting for a Financial Accountant for a fantastic organisation based near Woking in Surrey. The role offers excellent career prospects and flexible working.

DUTIES
As Financial Accountant, your duties will include:

–         Ensuring that financial reporting and advice is carried out to a high standard by identifying improvements and developing new methods of delivering reports.
–         Develop and administer effective systems to manage the VAT obligations including identifying areas of potential VAT risk and advising as appropriate.
–         Assist the Senior Accountants as directed and assist with the control and monitoring of ledger controls and in completing high quality year end working papers

REQUIRED SKILLS:

The Financial Accountant will have most of the following experience:

–         Knowledge of budget setting and budgetary control functions
–         Knowledge of cost allocation and reconciling control accounts
–         You will be at least part qualified in CIMA, ACCA or AAT

HOURS:
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday with flexibility on how those hours are worked

SALARY:
Basic salary up to £38,000
