Finance Manager | £50,000 – £55,000 | Wigan | PE Backed Services Business | Highly Acquisitive Brand

Axon Moore has partnered with an exciting business in Wigan as they insert a new level of leadership into their qualified team.

This is a growing business with a lot of investment and resource being deployed to stay one step ahead of their growth. They have robust systems and processes in place, and they need a strong candidate who wants to take this further – especially from a commercial perspective.

– Working for an excellent Head of Finance
– Progression from FM to FC
– Supportive and active investors
– Managing a small team of both qualified and non-qualified staff
– Review of end to end accounts from stats, to MA, to MI
– Project driven role including M&A integration
– Business facing role working with a dynamic team of leaders across marketing, ops, IT
– Strategic input being mentored by the Head of Finance

This is a flexible role with 2 days working in the office with the rest flexible. They operate an objective driven working culture and they will hire a candidate capable making the most this environment who wants to get as much experience as they can. The role will progress from Finance Manager to Financial Controller over a short term period.
