Job Description
Credit Controller (4-month contract)

Do you have confident customer service skills? And experience in a phone-based environment? Are you available immediately for a 4-month contract? What will you be doing as a Credit Controller?

As a Credit Controller, you will:

* Answer and resolve inbound calls and emails from customers.

* Credit collection – calling customers who have not paid yet to arrange a payment.

* Update the database with information supplied

* Process all information accurately

* Monitor and Managing Pre-Pay clients

* Timely resolution to all customer contact via phone

* Monitor and decision making on older debt

What are we looking for in a Credit Controller?

* Excellent customer service skills

* Experience of working in a fast-paced customer call centre or phone-based customer service environment

* Accuracy on written communication, spelling, and grammar.

* Confident and able to objection-handle.

* Professional on the phone, but with the ‘human touch’.

* Credit control experience is highly desirable but not essential
