Role:                Client Acquisition Manager (net zero and procurement)

Location:          London

Salary:             up to £50k DOE + commission OTE £80k – £100k

Summary:

Are you a motivated, ambitious, target driven leader with an exceptional work ethic and great sales management skills? We are looking for a Client Acquisition Manager to join an energy consultancy company focused on net zero. As the Client Acquisition Manager, you will lead and manage the Net Zero Lead Generation team, work closely with Marketing to manage lead generation campaigns, ensure that KPIs are met, and create performance reports for stakeholders. To be successful in this role you will need, proven experience of managing a sales or a lead generations team, have excellent sales management skills, be results driven, and have a passion for sustainability and achieving net zero. Key responsibilities:

Manage a performance-based lead generation sales team focused on Net Zero
Co-Ordinate with Marketing to manage lead generation campaigns, marketing emails etc 
Co-Ordinate activities, with events scheduled throughout the calendar year
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, reporting on figures 
Work closely with various stakeholders to deliver quality meetings
1-2-1 performance management 

Skills and experience required: 

Experience of managing a sales or lead generation team 
Excellent sales management skills 
Result and Target driven 
Appetite for growth and desire to take on more responsibilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent aptitude for handling negative responses
Determination to resolve and find solutions for prospective clients
Very confident communicating with internal and external key decision makers 
A passion for sustainability
