Job Description
Our client, a reputable South Korean bank is looking to hire a Business Development / Relationship Manager for their London branch.

Duties and responsibilities:

Business Development / Relationship Manager focus on deepening relationships with corporate customers/clients, and they accomplish this by identifying financial needs and offering appropriate solutions. This role will also manage preparing and reviewing loan documentation while providing support to a variety of tasks related to the loan process.

* Selling business loan products to corporate customers

* Finding new potential loan customers and developing/maintaining relationships

* Assessing the financial position and credibility of customers seeking loans

Skills Requirements

* Sound knowledge of financial products, accounting principles, syndicated loan markets and practices

* High degree of numeracy, an analytical approach to tasks and problem solving skills are essential

* Ability to understand complex data and condense into key themes

* Working knowledge of loan operations with banks or lenders with agency exposure

* Ability to use various IT tools such as financial and administrative, word processing, spreadsheet and database software

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

* Impeccable customer service and customer handling skills

* Firm grasp of financial, documentation and administration procedures

* Strong numerical skills to handle loan calculations and repayments for customers

Qualification and other requirements

* Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree

* Minimum Job Experience: 3-5 years of commercial lending or banking experience in London loan market
