Job Description
Marc Daniels are recruiting an Accounts Payable Allocations Clerk to join a multinational company based in Harrow. This role will sit within a large, growing team.

If you have Accounts Payable experience within a busy, high-volume environment – this role is perfect for you.

This role will be recruited on a Temp to Perm basis so will require an immediate start or a short notice period

MS Excel experience is a must!

The right candidate must be within commutable distance of Harrow

Responsibilities:

Allocating payments to correct accounts
Running reports on MS Excel (Will require the use of VLOOKUPs / Picot Tables / Summary / other formulae)
Liaising with suppliers for remittance advice
Handling a high volume of transactions
Dealing with customer email and telephone queries regarding transactions
Building and maintaining strong relationships through clear communication
Liaising with other departments to ensure accuracy

Requirements:

Candidates must be on a short notice period or immediately available (1 week max)
Experience using Netsuite would be beneficial
