Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking an Accounts Administrator based in Stony Stratford for a facilities management company.

Salary: £23,000 – £26,000
Location:  Stony Stratford
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full time
Hours: 5 out of 7 days, 8:30am – 5:00pm

As the Accounts Administrator your role will involve the following important duties:

Pay supplier invoices and maintain accurate records.
Raising invoices, credit notes and purchase orders.
Credit control.
Assisting with payroll.
Diary management for Company director & travel arrangements.
Setting up virtual meetings.
The experience required…

As a successful Accounts Administrator, you will have the following:

Customer Service-centred experience.
Admin experience within a busy office environment.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Strong IT skills with Excel, Word and Xero experience.
