Job Description
Are you an experienced Accounts Administrator? Do you have strong analytical skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel? Can you work under pressure and meet deadlines? Yes, then we would like to hear from you!
My client based in Aylesbury is looking for an Accounts Administrator who can assist with Account Receivable, Accounts Payable, Expense Reimbursement, Payroll and other core accounting processes. As a team player within a small office, you will also be expected to help with other office related tasks, such as planning office activities and assisting with the office facilities.
Duties will include:
Enter transactions into the company's accounting system
Support the company's month-end close process by posting journal entries, preparing account reconciliations, cash/bank reconciliations, and producing draft financial statements and related reporting
Assist with the preparation and filing of local tax returns
Liaise with the Finance team to perform monthly variance analysis and support the company's annual budget process
Assist with annual financial statement audit process
Support the financial/accounting integration of acquired companiesExperience with NetSuite and/or Salesforce preferred.

This position is Monday to Friday (35-hour work week).
